Support for iOS 13 could start with the Apple iPhone 7/7 Plus


As iOS gets updated and more complex every year, older Apple iPhone models considered incompatible with the new iOS build are are doomed to be forever frozen with the current version running the phone. For example, iOS 12 is available with limited support on the Apple iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPod Touch (6th generation), iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4, iPad Air and iPad Air 2.
