August update for Pixel handsets comes with three bug killing fixes


It’s a new month and that means that Google has released the August Android security update. The security patch dated August 1st takes care of 15 vulnerabilities while the August 5th patch covers 11 of them. The good news is that the company says that it has received “no reports of active customer exploitation or abuse of these newly reported issues.”
